With the fire that occurred at Geary Estates, we understand that everyone in the community wants to help and jump in. We are happy to report that all families affected are in temporary housing. We appreciate the response and the desire to help. At this time, we are asking that ALL PHYSICAL DONATIONS pause until Wednesday, Sept 23rd. We are getting things coordinated with Grandview Plaza to use the community building located at 406 State Ave, Grandview Plaza.
For immediate needs:
Food – Geary County Food Pantry
Grocery and Pet needs - Military – Stronghold Food Pantry – Nina Wilson 907-750-6088
Hot meals – Live Well Geary County 9-21-26 4:30-6:00 PM at the Larry Dixon Center can deliver
The Magdalene Project – Sunday meals at 1:00 PM – 1:45 PM
Information about additional meals will be shared when available.
Red Cross – Housing, financial, immediate needs
