Tammy Melton is a small business owner with previous experience in local government. She co-owns The Work Station, a collaborative space designed to support local entrepreneurs, remote workers, and small businesses. She is also the co-owner of DM Construction & Remodeling, where she helps support operations and community-focused projects throughout the region. Tammy lives in Milford, KS, with her husband and is a proud mother of two boys, a role that deeply influences her passion for building strong, supportive communities for families. Her professional background in human resources, business operations, and community engagement allows her to bring a thoughtful, people-first perspective to leadership and board service.
