Sam Niemczyk

Born in Fort Hood, Tx, but have lived in Junction City since 1968.  Attended St. Xavier’s schools from 1st grade thru 12th grade. I am active in the church and I am a 4th Degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus.  Attended Southwestern College (Winfield, KS) on a football scholarship, then transferred to KSU where I continued playing football.  I am active in the community, I volunteer as the Vendor Coordinator for Sundown Salute, and have done so for the past ten years. I currently serve as the President of the Junction City South Kiwanis Club. I have coached numerous athletic teams for the YMCA; football, soccer, basketball and I am currently helping to coach a softball team for the Geary County Girls Softball Association, (14 and under).  I have 23 years of experience in local law enforcement.
