Megan Earle is a military spouse who recently moved to Ft. Riley, Kansas. She works as a Program Operations Coordinator for Ross Innovative Employment Solutions. Before moving to Kansas, she worked as the Assistant Director of Operations managing the WIOA Grant, Youth & Adult, for a 10-county region in the state of Georgia. That position allowed her the opportunity to be very immersed in the community. She was the Board Chair for Liberty County Family Connections, Board Member of the Liberty County Reginal Homeless Coalition, and a Board Member for the United Way of the Coastal Empire-Liberty County. During her time as a Board Member, she assisted and participated in various events like Superhero 5k, Pancake Dinners, Clay Shoot, Mass Mobile Food Drops, School Food Pantries, and much more.
When Megan moved to Kansas, she felt a loss of community. She felt the best way to find that in Geary County was to approach the United Way to see about any possible volunteer opportunities. While she is new to the area, she is not new to the demographics in which United Way has the pleasure of serving. She looks forward to the challenges and supporting Geary County.
