Konza's main patient population is the uninsured and under-insured low-income population. Pharmaceuticals for immediate medical needs is a major challenge. Currently, Konza has a contract with pharmacists to supply medication to eligible Konza patients. These medications are dispensed for short periods of time, i.e., one month. Patients must be enrolled in the Medication Assistance Program (formerly known as the Indigent Drug Program) at Konza. Konza also offers a full service dental clinic.
